After integrating due diligence results with DealScrubber, we’ll provide you with a summary report that contains a SWOT analysis of the target and perceived fit with the client. We’ll also present valuation and pricing recommendations, and highlight issues concerning your objectives, transaction type (e.g. purchase of assets, equity, etc.), post-acquisition capital structure, taxes, risk parameters, time horizon for achieving financial targets, the need for any earn-out provisions and other key matters.
